This will show you the options to configure Outlook to operate the way you want.

In Outlook - Tools - Options

Time Matters Tab

1. We do not recommend. This will show the Time Matters fields when the email is open and add to your Outlook list. We promote the other options - see Next step below
2. Set an automatic prompt after you send en email. The other options are also helpful
3. Time Matters can move the saved email to a different folder automatically. This applies to received and sent emails. There is only 1 option here, so sent and received emails will move to the same folder.

Right Click on column header select Field Chooser

This will allow us to add the Time Matters fields to your Outlook

Choose the Time Matters field you want to see

1. Select User-defined fields in folder
2. Drag the field that you want onto Outlook where you want to see it.

If the fields are not present. You have to save 1 email to Time Matters from this folder. This will make the fields available

TM fields are not visible in your folder

1. Time Matters fields are now visible in the Outlook folder

NOTE - this is a folder setting in Outlook. It has to be done in each folder. Example : Inbox, Sent items etc
