This lesso will show you the power of the email list
Open the Email list

If you do not have an icon on the toolbar, you can use the menus - Mail - Email List - All email
Use your quicktabs - read the email at the bottom

1. Your emails in these date ranges
2. Read the email in the powerview
3. Many times you want to delegate a task while you are looking at an email
NOTE: The New Email tab shows you all of your emails by the date they were saved to Time Matters as many times we save emails that are several days old.
Search by Matter - date - code and text

1. Click the search icon (or use keybaord F2)
2. Or use the search in the task panel
3. Enter your selections - Matter, date, code etc
You can sort and do further searching

1. Click the column headers to sort.
NOTE:
You can then use the up and down arrows on your keyboard to view all of the emails in the matter. This will function almost the same as an Outlook folder, except we can do more here.
F2 remembers your last search - you can the refine

Using the search shortcut (F2) or clicking the combined search again will remember your last search.
You can refine that search - in this example we are looking for emails with settle in the email
Results show all emails with settle in the email for that matter

Don't underestimate the value and power in refining your searches. If you can get to emails quicker, you can move along to analysis quicker.
Another example - all emails on a matter from a company/firm

In this example, the client's company has emails in the format @lawdemo.com. Here we are searching for all of the emails with lawdemo in the "from" field. This will show us all of the emails that we have received from our clients company
