This lesson will show you how to view all of the SABS on a Matter as well as those that have been denied. Each powerview will show the totals of claimed and paid and the difference between them.
Find the Matter - Select the SABS Powerview

1. Find the Matter
2. SABS = All SABS, SABS - Denied = SABS that have been denied and are not marked as done

The SABS Powerview

1. Shows all of the SABS
2. Claimed and Amount Paid are totalled
3. The difference beween claimed and paid
The SABS Denied Powerview

1. Shows the SABS that were denied AND we have not marked them done.
2. Claimed and Paid are totalled
3. The difference between claimed and paid
Note: The denied powerview is meant to show the records that we want to track and follow up with. Marking a deined record done removes it from this list but it is still on the SABS powerview.
You can search the contents quickly - QuickSearch

1. Enter your search text in QuickSearch
2. The results will appear
3. NOTE: At present, the totals do not update. This includes the difference. If you need for totals to update see next step
4. The refresh icon will clear the search

2. Select the code from the drop down
